-Be a resident of California, Oregon or Washington or will attend college in one of the country.
-Be a high school senior who will be registered in the U.S. 4-year accredited college or university as full-time, looking for the degree, students majoring in math, science, engineering or related field in the Fall of 2011.
-Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
